Meet the Pastor

Tim has been attending Calvary Chapel of Newport News, Virginia for over 8 years. God had a calling on Tim’s life at a very young age when his mother would take him to Sunday school. It was not until Tim became a young adult that he responded to the Lord’s tugging of his heart. After completing his degree at Buffalo State College Tim thought he would have a career in Communications. The Lord directed Tim to a small church in Buffalo where the seeds of God’s word were planted into his heart. Tim decided he needed a change and joined the United States Navy. After three years Tim became involved with Calvary Chapel of Newport News where the seeds of God’s word began to take a deep root giving him a desire for ministry. Tim realized he could no longer run from the calling on his life and he surrendered his life and his future to God’s hand. It was at this time that Tim met and married Levette from his home town of Buffalo, New York. (Two daughters Camille  and Courtney).

Tim continued to grow in his walk. Realizing that God had called him to be a pastor, Tim began studying under Pastor Tony Clark of Calvary Chapel Newport News. After gaining a great biblical knowledge and a Doctorate in Theology (Lake Charles Bible College, Louisiana) Tim began to hear God’s calling for him to minister in Texas. God gave Tim a vision called the We Care Ministry. A ministry designed to reach the hurt and the lost and to build them up in the faith of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After a visit to the Houston area God directed Tim to Beaumont. Within two months of his visit God placed the city of Beaumont on his heart.
